Vocal Foundations
  • 1
    Posture and Muscle Coordination
Release muscular tension, improve coordination, and align the body to reduce strain and relieve excessive tension.
  • 2
    Breath Support
Understand how vocal breathing works, what supports it, and how to create a steady, sustained sound.
  • 3
    Support and Anchoring
Learn what creates vocal support, why it is essential for singing, and how to activate the muscles behind it.
  • 4
    Diction
Working on clear diction. We explore, feel, and train the facial muscles and tongue muscles involved in speech and singing
  • 5
    Resonance
The body is a system of resonators. We learn to feel where they are and how to use them to strengthen and enrich the sound.
  • 6
    Range & Intonation
We develop accurate pitch control, learn to sing notes lower and higher than your usual range, and expand your ability to sing new songs comfortably.

What You’ll Develop
Understand how your vocal instrument works
You’ll develop a better understanding and physical awareness of how your voice works, including breathing, support, resonance, and the muscles involved in sound production. Your voice will start to feel more natural, controllable, and easier to use.
Master different vocal techniques to make your singing sound closer to the original
Learn different vocal techniques such as soft onset, twang, subharmonics, mixed voice, and more. This will help you adapt to different musical styles and feel more confident in your singing.
Feel more confident while singing
Even if you currently feel shy singing in front of others or get lost during karaoke, your voice will gradually become steadier and singing will start to feel more natural and free. You’ll learn to hear yourself better, stay focused, and feel more calm and in control while performing.
Learn to hear, appreciate, and shape your unique voice
You’ll stop thinking of your voice as “wrong” or “not good enough.” You’ll begin to understand the character of your tone, recognize its strengths, and learn how to shape your sound depending on the style, mood, and artistic direction of a song.

How Lessons Work
Working with the voice is in many ways similar to working with the body. During lessons, we focus on relaxation, breathing, muscle coordination, and developing a sense of vocal support. We use gentle exercises, elements of body awareness, breathing practices, vibration, and humming to help the voice sound freer and more natural.

We begin with preparation: breathing, relaxation, exercises for support, vibration and free sound, diction, and articulation.

Then we move on to vocal technique: warm-ups, range development, intonation, and different vocal techniques.

We work on songs, practice difficult parts, improve intonation, dynamics, and expression, gradually building toward a confident and natural performance.
