About
I’m Elena Abramova, a vocal coach, jazz singer, and musician. I’ve been making and studying music since the age of five and teaching since 2012.

During and after my studies, I performed with various music groups in Moscow, including jazz projects, concert bands, and latin and reggaeton ensembles. My stage experience helps me understand not only vocal technique, but also how it feels to perform live in front of an audience.
Since then, I’ve worked with children, teenagers, and adults, both in private lessons and group classes.

Over the years, I’ve worked with more than 200 students. Some came to learn singing for themselves and feel more confident in their voice, while others continued on a professional path, recording music and performing on stage. One of the most meaningful parts of teaching for me is when students return years later — with new life experience, a different sense of themselves, and a deeper, more mature sound.
For several years, I worked in music studios in both Moscow and Helsinki. In Helsinki, I also taught children with special needs and worked with students of all ages, from young children to adults. Many of my students became prize winners and лауреates of vocal competitions.

My first degree is in mathematical engineering, which gives me a structured and attentive approach to teaching. In lessons, we work not only on musicality and vocal technique, but also on understanding the physiology of the voice, breathing, and sound production.

I continue to study and expand my qualifications regularly, including:
— body-oriented therapy (2018)
— vocal pedagogy and methods for working with children’s voices (2024)
— EVT and vocal rehabilitation studies (2026)
For me, singing is about freedom of expression, inner balance, and a deep connection with yourself.

Lessons take place in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, in a comfortable and well-equipped studio space. Free parking is available nearby.
